Mint & Grey sneakers

Since the very first moment I saw Isabel Marant sneakers I felt in love, looked for them, well at least a similar pair  but, I wasn't lucky at all until I realized ( thanks to my dear boyfriend) I have a similar pair except for the heels. Something different as it is worn with a dress.

 Desde el momento que ví los tenis de Isabel Marant, me enamoré, los busqué, bueno al menos unos parecidos, sin suerte hasta que me dí cuenta ( gracias a mi novio) que tenía un par similar excepto que los míos no tienen tacón. Algo diferente, me los puse con un vestido.

Let's workout!!

I've been facing some changes recently and one of the most important is the fact I'm starting to workout. I'm a fashion lover and for no exception I 'm looking for some nice gym clothing. Here my list of favorites at the gym.

Recientemente he vivido mucho cambios ( todos para bien) y creo que el más importante es el hecho de que empecé a entrenar. Como buena amante de la moda y lo trendy que soy no me pude quedar atrás en cuanto la ropa para el gym. Hoy éstos son mis favoritos para ejercitarme.

I love this shorts, I think you can move better  and easily with them.

Me encantan los shorts, siento que puedes hacer cualquier movimiento mejor y con más facilidad.

Workout leggings are not the same as "normal" leggings. Choose colorful ones to motivate you everyday.

Los leggings de ejercicio no son iguales que los leggings de uso diario. Escoge unos muy coloridos para que te motiven todos los días.

Talking about tops, you must find one which you feel comfy in and with the best support  for those jumps and movements.

Hablando de tops, debes de encontrar el que te haga sentir cómoda y te dé el mejor soporte para esos moviemientos y brincos.

Choose some jackets that keep you warm before and after your gym session.
Escoge chamarras o sudaderas que te mantengan calientita antes y después de tu sesión en el gym.




One of the most important items are trainning sneakers. Choose the ones according to your activity: running, trainning, yoga, dancing, etc.
Una de las prendas más importantes son los tennis. Escoge el adecuado a la actividad que realizarás: correr, entrenar, yoga, baile, etc.






Last, but not least: bags! Keep your gym supplies in a nice bag!
Por último pero no menos importante: bolsas!! Guarda todos tus suplementos para el gym en una linda bolsa que puedas lucir.

Well, you have some ideas of what to wear for the gym or working out. Hope you liked them. You can add more accesories if you want: sunnies, caps, headbands, etc. Don`t forget to exercise without makeup, to drink water before, during and after it, and some good music to motivate you reach your goal.
Bueno, pues ya tienes algunas ideas de lo que puedes ponerte para ir al gym o para entrenar o correr. Espero te hayan gustado. Puedes agregar algún accesorio como lentes de sol, gorras, bandas para el cabello, etc. No olvides ejercitarte sin maquillaje y tomar agua antes, durante y después del ejercicio, y algo de buena música que te motive a alcanzar tus metas.

Alicia Keys & Reebok

Hola!! Qué tal este martes tan frío?? Seguro que con un rico café ni se siente verdad?. Bueno pues hoy les tengo unas imágenes de la nueva mancuerna Alicia Keys- Reebok. Los tenis están padrísimos y super trendy (me recuerdan un poco a los de Isabel Marant), a mí me gustaron mucho.

 

 

 

 

 

 

A mí me encantaron los de tachuelas y los del print de piano y de fondo New York. A ustedes?
